The Story Island Project is an amazing project that - through a team of volunteer tutors - works alongside primary and early secondary school students to explore their creativity and build their confidence through writing and literacy. Over an eight week program, students are supported to let their imaginations free to produce a short story that will be published in a collection of short stories. Volunteers play a HUGE role in the Story Island Project; they are at the heart of our workshops.
