• Manage player registrations using Football Australia's PlayFootball system
• Assist with registration-related administration and resolve issues
• Work with team managers, players, and club committee as needed

• Manage and maintain football equipment and inventory
• Organize storage areas and distribute equipment to teams
• Support club events, assist with administration, and record-keeping

• Coordinate communication between PNB and Northern Beaches Council
• Engage with local community groups for permaculture promotion
• Attend monthly permaculture events and assist with advocacy initiatives

• Provide financial oversight and strategic decision-making support
• Monitor financial performance, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• CA or CPA qualification or senior finance/accounting experience required

• Assist in managing membership information and preparing electronic campaigns
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
• Opportunity to assist with functions, events, and fundraising activities

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to executive management
• Maintain fiduciary oversight of financial performance and audit procedures
• Assist with partnership development and statutory director duties

• Volunteer to regenerate and preserve Woollahra's bushland
• No prior experience needed, tools and training provided
• Requires current certificate of currency and workers compensation certification

• Supporting social isolation by building individual capacity to thrive
• Leadership, governance, strategic planning, business performance experience
• Involvement in board committees, commitment to organization's objectives

• Support circular economy mission through repair, reuse, and redistribution
• Skills in circular economy, fundraising, partnering with social agencies
• Responsibilities include attending meetings, engaging with Bower developments

• Volunteer role with responsibilities in governance and leadership
• Required experience in leadership or administrative role within non-profit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and online systems needed

• Contribute to monthly Board meetings and financial oversight
• Act as spokesperson and guide decisions benefiting the community
• Join or lead sub-committees, ongoing volunteer role in governance

• Lead development of partnerships and business development strategy
• Identify and secure new sponsors, partners, and revenue opportunities
• Contribute to strategic planning, financial sustainability, and growth

• Strategic planning for fundraising and philanthropy activities
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
• Strong communication skills and governance experience within non-profit sector

• Support CEO with administration, coordination, and follow-through
• Maintain task lists, calendars, meeting preparation, and correspondence
• Experience in executive assistance or administration highly regarded
