At GCG Headquarters, the Recruitment Associate is a vital support role within GCG’s HQ People & Culture team, working closely with the Head of Recruitment to deliver smooth, consistent, and high-quality hiring processes across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive End-to-End Recruitment: Prepare Position Descriptions using Canva templates, set up role requisitions, and manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communications to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience.
  • Coordinate Onboarding: Help prepare and conduct onboarding sessions, schedule introductions, and support new hires as they transition into their roles.
  • Contribute to Process Improvement: Support the refinement of recruitment workflows, documentation, and templates to ensure consistency and effectiveness
