Volunteer — Business Development Admin Support

Happy Paws Happy Hearts   |   Remote / Wacol, QLD   |   3–4 hours per week

Help us open the door to more life-changing partnerships

At Happy Paws Happy Hearts, every new referral partner, corporate supporter or community organisation we connect with is another doorway to a person building confidence, connection and skills through our programs.

Behind every one of those partnerships is a bit of unseen groundwork — research, follow-up, and a well-organised CRM — and that's where you come in.

We're looking for a detail-oriented volunteer to support our Business Development team with admin, research and data entry. It's a flexible, work-from-home role (or from our Wacol office, if that suits you better), and a genuinely useful way to" lend a paw"

What you'll be doing

• Processing incoming leads from our referral partners inbox
• Researching organisations and entering their details into our CRM
• Making occasional follow-up calls to confirm information or find the right contact person
• Researching individual contacts and adding them to the CRM
• Keeping our Business Development Representative's CRM diary in order, adding tasks for them to action
• An interest or background in research, data entry or business admin
• Comfort working in a CRM (experience highly desirable, but not essential — we'll show you the ropes)
• Confidence making the occasional phone call
• Someone reliable, organised and happy to work independently
• 3–4 hours a week, spread across the days that suit you
• Remote / work from home (Wacol, QLD also welcome if it's convenient)
• Ongoing volunteer role
