ARTFam (Assisted Reproductive Treatment Families Australia) is Australia's first truly inclusive not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting, educating, connecting and advocating for everyone touched by Assisted Reproductive Treatment (ART), including IVF, IUI, donor conception, surrogacy, intended parents, donors and donor-conceived people.

We are establishing our inaugural Founding Ambassador Program and are seeking respected public figures, media personalities, content creators, health advocates, authors, industry leaders and community influencers who are passionate about helping improve awareness, understanding and support for those navigating fertility treatment and donor conception.

This is an opportunity to help shape the national conversation around family building, donor conception and reproductive choice while supporting a growing organisation committed to building bridges, not barriers.

About the Role

As a Founding Ambassador, you will help:

• Raise national awareness of IVF, donor conception and assisted reproductive treatment.
• Promote education, understanding and informed decision-making.
• Reduce stigma surrounding infertility and alternative pathways to parenthood.
• Support ARTFam's advocacy, education and community initiatives.
• Share key campaigns and events through your networks.
• Facilitate introductions to potential supporters, sponsors and partners.
• Help ensure people navigating these journeys know they are not alone.

The role is designed to be flexible and can be tailored to suit your availability, expertise and public profile.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome expressions of interest from individuals who:

• Have an established public profile or engaged professional network.
• Are passionate about creating positive social impact.
• Believe every family deserves access to information, support and connection.
• Are committed to respectful, inclusive conversations around fertility treatment and donor conception.
• Want to help strengthen support and advocacy for current and future generations.

Lived experience with fertility treatment, donor conception or surrogacy is highly valued, but not essential.
