Purpose:

• To build and manage WPI’s volunteer workforce.

Key Tasks:

• Recruit, onboard, and induct volunteers.
• Maintain volunteer records and schedules.
• Provide ongoing support for volunteers and the women accessing WPI.
• Ensure child-safe and organisational compliance (i.e. conduct Working with Children Checks and other compliance requirements).
