Member platform expert
PRECI (Professionals and Researchers in Early Childhood Intervention)
We're looking for a volunteer with experience in membership management platforms to work with the PRECI Directors and our amazing Administrative Assistant to help PRECI keep our member database accurate, our renewals running smoothly and our communications reaching the right people.
What you'll bring:
- Hands-on experience with a membership or CRM platform (e.g. Wild Apricot, Glue Up, MemberPress, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). We currently have Hubspot but considering others.
- Confidence managing member records: data entry, updates, duplicate-cleanup, and basic reporting (e.g. who's lapsed, who's due for renewal)
- Experience setting up or maintaining automated workflows — renewal reminders, welcome emails, event registration links
- An eye for data accuracy and privacy — comfortable handling member information responsibly
- Nice to have: experience integrating a membership platform with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp) or event platforms (e.g. Humanitix)
What you'll do:
- Help us set up our database and provide training to support ongoing use
- Support day-to-day upkeep of PRECI's membership database (through support provided to others)
- Help streamline renewal and onboarding processes
- Pull simple reports on membership numbers, engagement or trends for the board/team
- Suggest improvements to reduce manual admin (a small volunteer-run organisation means efficiency really counts)
